When we take a look at the concept art pictures, we can see that they have a very high quality. However, we can also see buildings and weapons too. If true, I’d say the franchise is in good hands as Bethesda have experience not only working with the open-world genre but with post-apocalyptic scenarios as well. The images mostly show the locations of STALKER. 2, VG24/7 got their hands on a rumor that states the franchise may now be sold to none other than Bethesda Games. The locations look great at first glance. At least, we can take a look at how the game would look if it ever got released. But there are the concept arts floating around the web right now. So the original ideas of the game are long gone. However, the team was disbanded, so, the game got cancelled in 2011. The original STALKER 2 was announced back in 2010.
